At BookMock, we are committed to providing high-quality online mock test series for WBCHSE Class XI and Class XII Science students. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any mock test series.


1. Digital Mock Test Purchases – No Refund Policy

All mock test series available on BookMock are digital products. Once a purchase has been successfully completed and access to the mock test series has been granted, the payment is non-refundable.

Before purchasing, you can:

  • Explore the free sample mock tests (if available).
  • Review the course details, syllabus, subjects covered, and pricing to make an informed decision.

2. Refund in Case of Technical or Service Failure

If BookMock is unable to provide access to a purchased mock test series due to a technical issue on our end that cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, or if the purchased test series is permanently unavailable, you may be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

3. No Refunds for Discounted or Promotional Purchases

Mock test series purchased during promotional offers, discounts, special campaigns, or coupon-based sales are not eligible for refunds.

4. No Cancellation After Purchase

Since access to digital content is provided immediately after successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the purchase is completed.

5. No Transfers or Exchanges

Purchased mock test series are intended for the registered user only. We do not allow:

  • Transfer of purchases to another user.
  • Exchange of one mock test series for another.
  • Conversion of purchased tests into credits or wallet balance.

6. Individual Use Only

Your BookMock account and purchased mock test series are strictly for your personal educational use. Sharing login credentials or distributing test content is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account without any refund.

7. Payment Errors

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase or experience a payment-related error, please contact our support team. After verification, any duplicate or incorrect payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
