Our services are intended solely for educational purposes.

SECTION 1 – Eligibility

To use BookMock, you must:

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

SECTION 2 – Account Usage

Each BookMock account is intended for one individual student only.

You may not:

• Allow multiple users to access your account.
• Sell, rent, transfer, or distribute your account.
• Share purchased mock tests or their solutions publicly or privately.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without any refund.

SECTION 3 – Mock Test Purchases

All mock test series offered by BookMock are digital products.

By purchasing a mock test series, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased content for your personal educational use.

Ownership of the content remains with BookMock.

SECTION 4 – Pricing and Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers and discounts are available for a limited period and cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Payments must be made through the payment methods supported on the platform.

BookMock reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment disputes, or misuse.

SECTION 5 – Refund Policy

All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.

Since BookMock provides instant access to digital mock test series, purchases are generally non-refundable except where explicitly mentioned in the Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 – Prohibited Activities

While using BookMock, you agree not to:

• Copy or redistribute mock test content.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Share answer keys publicly.
• Impersonate another person.
• Use the platform for any unlawful activity.
• Upload viruses or malicious software.

BookMock reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

SECTION 8 – Platform Availability

We strive to keep BookMock available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to server maintenance, software updates, technical failures, or events beyond our control. BookMock shall not be liable for temporary interruptions in service.

SECTION 9 – Accuracy of Content

Our mock tests are carefully prepared based on the WBCHSE syllabus and examination pattern. However:

• Questions are intended for practice purposes.
• We do not guarantee that every question will appear in the actual examination.
• While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, occasional errors may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMock shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, loss of profits, examination outcomes, or technical issues beyond our control. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

SECTION 15 – Suspension and Termination

BookMock may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, share your account, attempt to copy or distribute paid content, or engage in fraudulent activities. No refund will be provided for accounts terminated due to violations.

SECTION 16 – Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

BookMock reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of BookMock after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
